I'm not even going to try to pretend like I'm okay today. This week has been heavy, and I want to start there. I've been in a dance with my commitment to being an informed citizen, witnessing what transpires in the US, and the conflicting commitment to caring for my mind, body, and spirit. I have a deep knowing that we need one another and our community now and moving forward. So, I am EXTRA grateful that you are here today.

I'm not taking this too seriously, so I'm laughing a lot at myself; my brain is learning something new while my body is heating up in these frigid temperatures.

I have an invitation-only membership that meets twice monthly for 75 minutes and provides access to a private community (not on social media). We meet via Zoom on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 9 a.m. PT and 12 p.m. ET. Please get in touch with me if you are interested.
